The Portland Health and Science University library is in the process of developing a technology plan that includes the addition of a DAM system to manage scholarly research and special collections. The PHSU library supports the mission of the university by providing support to academic programs, medical researchers, practicing physicians, and individuals with an interest in the history of medicine in Oregon. The library is part of the National Network of Libraries of Medicine (NN/LM) and as such, a major aspect of the PHSU and PHSU library strategic plans includes increasing our ability to manage "big data" and make our special collections and resources available and accessible.
